Onboarding Instructions

We have sent an invite to all students. The next few steps will assist the lady in the office and will include assigning your registered students to your class.

• 1) Create a Class Create a class Assign the registered class to your username

• 2) Assign Students Once the students have been registered, they will receive login information with their own usernames Add the students to the class you've just created

• 3) Profile Pictures Now that the students are all set, it's time for them to get familliar with the system First thing for them to do, is to take a few selfies and upload their favourite photo to their profile

• 4) All set By this time the bell should ring and all student's profiles will be set These can be uploaded and edited individually or by updating the data in batches via CSV and Excel Don't worry, we do offer assistance in this regard
