Discuss with your child options such as Blocking, choosing who can see their posts, and changing passwords more often.

If the abuse continues, screenshot the messages as proof for the parent of the culprit and the Head Principal.

Your child should not hesitate to discuss bullying with you.

Bullying or Teasing is emotional for parents as well. Some kids are too scared or embarrassed to talk to their parents about teasing and bullying. So do not retaliate, rather defuse the situation. Make Rational efforts to put a stop to the bullying.

Contact the parents once you have identified the bully. Assure your child that you love him/her and that you will have the situation under control.

Contact the school. If online bullying is happening it might be happening offline too.
